  Front desk was super friendly. Rather than wait in the loby for 5 hours they let me check into the room early. When I asked for a room close to a wifi router they suggested a room, warned me about it's close proximity to the elevator and offered to move me to another room if it got too loud. I forgot to ask if they used down feather pillows (I'm allergic) and when I discovered they did they very quickly changed the linens and pillows for me. Very nice relaxing stay.
