  While staying at Great Wolf Lodge in Concord North Carolina we caught a late night dinner at Ruby Tuesday. We got the B team squad working the late shift; with one staff member who obviously had clocked out earlier than expected and hung out in a nearby booth but took his uniform top off. Hopefully he obtained his concealed and carry permit because he openly worn a holstered pistol. That didn't bother me much since I carry as well but not openly; I chalk that up to immaturity on his part and bad judgment on the shift manager for letting him do so openly. The server was new so he had to literally check ask someone else for answers to the questions we had about a few of the dishes when I finally settled for a few appetizers and the salad bar. In good fashion the items were fresh our food was consistent but I wish our server and the appearance of the wait staff was as well.
