    Horrible customer service(after they lure you in)! So many hidden charges. Do Not believe the price they quote you when starting up new services! Its all a big Lie! Your bill will increase Every Month!!! They will add services to your Bill that you NEVER asked for! They are way worse than Spectrum! They are a bunch of dirty thieves!
