  do I have to give this place even one star? I am livid. I knew Valentine's Day would be busy so I placed my order on the FIRST OF FEBRUARY. plenty of time to make sure my $80 order was delivered, right? WRONG. At 6:45pm o clock when I checked in on the "Valentine's day gift" it hadn't been received. I called the store, BUSY TONE. I called customer service... "order is in route." My email said residential deliveries will be made up until 9pm. Here it is 12:45am and NO. FREAKING. ARRANGEMENT. not even a call letting me know that I neeeded to make sure I made other plans for Valentine's Day. Do yourself a favor, ORDER FROM THEIR COMPETITOR, SHARIS BERRIES. the arrangements are nicer, the prices are more affordable and imagine this.... YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE THEM. I am one pissed off customer and I will NEVER order from this store or edible arrangements again. Terrible customer service. Wow. Just wow. Unbelievable. It's Valentine's Day, you know you're going to be busy. So prepare for it.
