  Josh was TERRIFIC. He was patient, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I had a very bad experience with the LG V10 and was pretty upset with the phone. But Josh helped me into an iPhone and even upgraded my husbands too. And to top it off, he sold me on the matching watch. During the data transfers he performed, the idle chit chat was very relaxed and it didn't even feel like the typical sales experience. Thanks so much Josh.
