  First of all this was a very experience upgrade to our home. With the kind of money that we paid USA I expected a pristine job. Well that is not what we got. We had USA Insulation from Concord, NC blow in foam insulation into the attic and walls of our 1960's home on March 7, 2016. During the insulation 2 interior walls was cracked (kitchen & mastered room) and one section in our den was completely blowout. Our walls are the old 1960's plaster with a texture on it. Workers were sent out two weeks later to start the repair work. They were told that it would be a 2-hour job (a worker stated that to us). Two of the workers were two of the three men who did the insulation instillation and they said they knew nothing about doing sheet rock. The 3rd worker does sheet rock on the side and is a welder by trade. It took the men from 10am-6pm to take out the old walls sections, repair with new sheetrock and putty. That is the way the walls have remained for the last 5 weeks. We have called the company at least 2 to 3 times a week trying to get them to schedule an appointment to finish the walls. Either we get an answering machine, or a receptionist. When I have gotten a real person they promise that they will have the salesman Tony call us back. Now I have asked to speak with the owner Bill and he has not called us back. I told them yesterday that they have until Sunday, April 25 to get this done. We are scheduled to have our hardwood floors finished starting on Monday, April 26. They will need to sand the putty, apply primer and let it dry and then apply the texture paint. The textured paint will need to dry. They will need to come back the next day to paint the walls.
  We were told and watched their company video that you would not be able to even tell where they drilled the holes on the outside of the house. They would repair the places as well. In our carport there are brown wooden plugs in the walls. My husband had to ask them to do that. They were just going to leave them open. These need to be putty, repaired and painted. There are also several locations in the carport that they did not blow the insulation as well (under a window and to the right and left of the entry doors) because their are not cut outs.
  The company also owes us $200 refund for a coupon we have to purchasing their service. We have not seen that either.
  I do want to say the young men that were sent out to do the job were less than desirable in appearance but were very kind and wanted to do a good job.
