  For starters they could try having more than one representative at the front.
  I called this place twice this morning to let them know I was on the way to turn my truck in from a one way move; no answer.
  I get to the facility and there are signs stating that you should stay with your equipment and a representative will be with you "shortly".
  I would just like to know when waiting outside in 20 degree weather for 10+ minutes counts as "shortly".
  Subsequently, I had to leave my equipment (because I was never helped) to go inside and see if anyone planned on helping me. Apparently not. There was one representative in there with other customers while the other was in the restroom. The lady comes out from the restroom and decides to not acknowledge the other customers, me being next.
  So I approached her and asked for help because I had to go asap.
  Well that was a bad idea because that just made her move like a turtle.
  
  The point is.... this company needs more representatives so they can accommodate their customers more effectively.
  I will no longer be a customer here.
