  The Staff here on this day was terrible.They overcharged us twice and we had to tell them. Also, They threw our orders together and foid wasn't on trays or in bowls. Looked very sloppy and unprofessional. We ask for tea, but no one wabted to make any. Abd other staffer was in a booth sleep and covered up.

  Where do I begin... We asked what special was going on. Told that kids eat free. We ordered. Not once, not twice, but 3 times, the employee looked at product level. When I ordered, I was told I had to wait. Sending my family's food separate. After waiting 15 min, I gave up. Met up with my family who were waiting to pay, only to have our bill come to over $33 (for 3 people because I didn't eat) then I was explained that the food needed to come from a preselected kids meal menu. That should have been explained when asked what the special was from the beginning. When the cashier told me my total, I asked why so much, we had 2 kids. She said that the joey jrs weren't covered under the kids meal plan. No where in the store or on the board does it specify what is only covered for "kids eat free".
  
  I just said fine, paid, and left. This is Valentine's Day but it was not a great or memorable time here at this restaurant.
