  I contacted Intersect because I needed to have some bed bugs exterminated. The earliest appointment they could make was two weeks from the day I called. The reason I called was because I was tired of having rashes from those bugs and wanted them gone immediately. After having my house sprayed, a procedure that took less than 30 mins and cost me $125, I found four bugs on my matress three days later. I called Intersect and they said it will take about ten days for the spray to take effect and if it does not work then they will need to come back to re-spray charging me $65. The reason I hired an exterminator is because I wanted to get rid of them effectively. I do not want to wait, knowing there are bugs on my bed, a few days to see if they were exterminated correctly. Intersect does not give a guarantee on bed bugs.
