  This was one of 6 places I called to provide me a quote. One never returned any of my communication. One called me back, but never came out to quote. Another came out to quote, but never sent me the finished quote after multiple follow ups. Of the three that did quote me they ended up providing the best quote within reason for the work to be done. They were ultimately the contractor I went with.
  
  Robby was highly professional and friendly. He tactfully made recommendations to me on the best way to complete the fence. His follow up and communication were impeccable. Once I called to schedule they had me in very quickly and installed over 460 feet of split rail fence for me in under 3 days. The finished product looks great. The material is higher quality than they sell at the hardware store. I could not be more pleased.

  The installation went well, but when a problem developed later, Robert proved uninterested in fixing the problem. Facts are good when telling these stories, so below I've provided dates and I've included Robert's emails. By the way, the company also goes by the name Harrisburg Fencing.
  
  The installers were great. They completed the job in one day, and everything looked great when they were done. I was happy with the job.
  
  Problems arose later though, when a couple welds failed on a picket in a gate. Because the picket kept dropping, it was dragging on the ground and holding the gate open.
  
  On 11/28/17 I notified Robert of the problem, and I asked him if the gate was covered by a warranty. I figured since he chose the fence manufacturer, he would stand behind both installation and the fence itself.
  
  Robert replied the next day, “I would have to find out you are the first person who has ever asked about that”
  
  He didn’t get back to me, so on 12/6, I contacted him again. He replied, “They did call me back and yes it is under warranty up to a two-year period but let me find out what I need to do. I believe I have to write them a letter stating what has happened and they will get back to me.”
  
  Again he didn’t get back to me, so on 12/13 I asked him for the status. He replied, “I believe they're just going to give me a New gate and I'll just install it. When you get a chance can you send me a picture of the gate” I sent two pictures the same day.
  
  Again he didn’t get back to me, so on 12/19 I asked when we could schedule the work. He replied, “They are sending me the gate and as soon as it gets here we will install”
  
  Again he didn’t get back to me, so on 1/26 I asked, “If you are still waiting on the gate, I would like the phone number of your contact at your supplier. It shouldn't take five weeks to get a gate, and I would like to tell them as much.” He replied, “no we have the gate I'm just way behind with this weather but we should get to it the next week”
  
  On 3/5 I contacted him for the last time. “Hi Robert, Remember me? Look, I've stopped believing you are going to replace the gate, but can you at least drop it off at my house so I can install it? Or tell me who the manufacturer is and I'll contact them to get a replacement directly?”
  
  He replied, “Good morning. I have your gate at my shop. I'll get it replaced I was just waiting for another job in Highland Creek. I have one coming up on Monday I will swing by there and change it out” He didn’t. But on 3/15, he said, “I'm swapping your gate out tomorrow” You know what they say about tomorrow…It never comes. Neither did my gate.
  
  It’s now 3/17 (3-1/2 months after I reported the issue) and my gate hasn’t been replaced. So now I will start looking for the manufacturer, to see if I can go to them directly and finally replace my gate. That bothers me. What also bothers me is that I have had to initiate every exchange with Robert, except the last time when he made a promise he didn’t keep.
