  Thought the customer service or should I say customer NO service was rude and condescending at this location. A real disappointment from the friendly folks at weddington rd. Enterprise. They were out of cars at that location, and this location had plenty of vehicles but she refused to honor my claim number discount with Geico which cut the rental fee down considerably. When I tried to explain to her what Geico told me, Lalita raised her voice and spoke right over me!! Very unprofessional and I will never do business with this location, no matter how much of a bind I am in.
