  I give it a one star because the system forces me to give it a rating. DO NOT Use Appliance repair Concord NC. I have never been so disappointed with services. I thought I was using a local business - it's a scam. The reps hang up on you. Reps promise a Supervisors will call you back. You may even get a recording with a promise call back in 15 minutes. It's two weeks later and still no call back. Reps can't transfer calls. I was told by a rep she was not in NC but I was calling an old cell phone number.
  
  One rep suggested I buy some dry ice until they can get out again. She also said she will see if she can get another technician out to my home.
  
  John Jackson who says he's from Charleston SC but Currently lived in Charlotte NC, the technician makes appointments then he forgets to come. He tells you he's coming - you confirm 4 hours Later still no technician. On 2/6/15 I paid $225 for a thermostat it's 3/19/15 not working and it's supposed to be replaced. My appointment was for. 3:00 pm it's now 7:15 pm. I think he's a no call no show.
  
  Be careful Mr John Jackson shared with me he also contracts with Sears and Lowes.
  
  I never did a review before but when I found the business didn't have a website or FB Page I had to share my experience. I'm going to do what I can in my power to shut the operation down.
  
  8:45 PM est Max the supervisor calls back. He refuses to give me the name of the business CEO. He tells me he doesn't have my money and he has no obligation to me. He will see what he can do to help me. He says Mr Jackson hired him to make appointments. He gave me a completely different address for Appliance Repairs located at 6016 Ansley Falls Dr Charlotte NC 28247. When I google this address it does not come up but 6016 Ansley Falls Dr is an apartment complex. I think it's where John Jackson lives. When I asked about the Concord address Max told me he didn't know what address Mr Jackson has listed. I will continue to tresearch.
