  Warning: Long post/complaint. The only reason this place even gets 1 star is because I can't leave 0. First off, let me start by saying that I've been in this particular store twice and both times the employees were unfriendly. First time was to find out info about T-Mobile and their plans but we weren't quite ready to make the switch so the guy just kinda left us with unanswered questions. I guess since he knew he wasn't making commission off us, we weren't important enough to talk to. Second time was about 3 months later when we decided to switch for good. We were hesitant about going back because of the first experience but it was the closest T-Mobile to our home and we didn't know there was one inside Concord Mills until AFTER the fact. Anyways, same situation....employee doesn't seem thrilled to help us. Never a smile on his face the whole time. But we were there, so we decided to just go ahead and make the switch. Took us about 30 min to decide what phones we wanted to go with so the guy went and helped someone else, which is understandable. So we let him know we were ready. This is where our bad experience went to one of the worst we've ever had. Apparently since we were switching carriers, they had to port our numbers. Somehow the employee didn't enter all of the info that was needed during the transaction and it basically opened up 2 lines of service in my husbands name but never actually transferred the lines. No one informed us of this until about 45 min later and they never told us the issue (we found the info out from another T-Mobile store the next day) All we were told was there was a problem with the system and it would be fixed in 30 min but we should probably just come back tomorrow. My husband wanted to wait since we had already wasted all of our night but still, the problem never fixed itself like the manager claimed. We finally decided to leave because it was obvious we were getting nowhere. The manager pretended to act sorry for the incident and promised to call us before they opened the next morning to update us on the issue. No phone call at all. So my husband called her and she made up excuses as to why she didn't call. We told them to fix whatever they had done and we would not be back. I want to point out that while we were waiting for our phones to be switched (1.5 hours), 3 employees were in the same room. Not one of them spoke a single word to us. Not even the guy who was trying to sell us a phone and screwed up the transaction. They all talked to each other. Also, the next day we went to another T-Mobile store and it took them 2 hours to fix what THIS T-Mobile store messed up. THIS store put us under a lease (which was NEVER) discussed. They also hung up on the other store that was trying to help us and wouldn't let them talk to a manager. This T-Mobile store is a joke. Hopefully you find another store to go to because this store is seriously all about a sale and are not customer service oriented AT ALL. I've called to get information for someone at a higher level but they don't want to give me this info (go figure) so I'm going to be writing negative reviews on every single source. In total, I spent 7 hours...YES 7 HOURS getting a phone because of this stores mess up so you better believe I'm gonna spread the word.
