  Robert and Brandon are extremely knowledgeable and accessible. We have bought both a desktop and laptop and are very pleased with the product as well as the price. They find out what your preferences are and how you use your equipment so that they can recommend appropriate software. Many times they can answer a question through email! We highly recommend Right Click!

  The manager is one of the most unpleasant and abrasive people I've ever had the extreme displeasure of talking to. He is a rude, condescending, and racist individual selling over-priced, second-hand junk. Do yourself a favor - call literally any other technician or computer services company in Charlotte before even considering taking your electronics to this terrible place. Or just re-purpose your old equipment as paper-weights. It would be arguably thousands of times more pleasant to have a massive investment like a computer burst into flames than it would ever be setting foot in Right Click for even a moment.
