  Do NOT rent here. At move out you will get hit up for "damages" - my personal favorite is bathtub resurfacing using a photo that could be from any bathroom in the complex. They wait until after you move out versus doing a walk through. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you! The local staff is nice but it's obvious that as a corporation they have chosen to bump revenue by hidden fees and jacking your rent up at time of renewal way over market rate.
